Hydrating Wellness Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach or kale
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- ½ cup filtered water
- ½ medium apple
- ½ medium pear
- ½ banana
- ¼ avocado
- ⅓ medium cucumber
- ½ lemon or lime, juiced
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- ¾ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp “greens” mix or matcha powder
Directions
- Add spinach, water, and almond (or coconut) milk to the blender & blend 5-10 seconds.
- Add the rest of the ingredients & blend 15 seconds or until blended.
